When you join the WI, you become part of a local, regional and national organisation. You don’t have to do anything once you join, but as with anything else, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it.
As a WI member, you can:
- Attend monthly meetings with interesting Speakers
- Join in with social activities
- Make new friends
- Receive 8 issues a year of our magazine, “WI Life”
- Join any of our activity groups
- Go on any of our outings, workshops or day courses – see the calendar for details
All WI members are entitled to:
- Stand for election to our committee, where you can make decisions on behalf of the WI
- Attend Cheshire Federation events
- Participate in the WI at a national level
- Get involved in campaigning – or start your own campaign
- Fundraise for a cause
- Organise outings, start a group, arrange a workshop – or dream up something new!
All this for just £46.00 a year! If you’d like to join, simply come to a meeting and you can fill in your membership form and pay your subscription there.
